Hi and welcome to Club Penguin Corner. We are a small Club Penguin forum and like others, we do have rules.

Major Offences
Spamming
Spamming is not tolerated at Club Penguin Corner. Spamming may include going off topic, double-posting, posting just to raise your post count and image-only/one-worded posts.
Exceptions: If the double post is an accident please edit the double post saying that it was an accident. Other than that, none.
Punishment: Infraction, 1-5 day ban

Starting fights ("flame wars")
Starting fights (or "flame wars") are highly prohibited at Club Penguin Corner. They often hurt other's feelings and can cause loads of trouble (in which we do not want).
Exceptions: None
Punishment: Infraction or 1-5 day ban

Being unkind to a staff or members
Bullying or being racist, ageist, sexist, or otherwise discriminatory towards other users are unkind and are prohibited.
Exceptions: None
Punishment: Infraction or 3-8 day ban

Swearing
No foul mouths will be tolerated at Club Penguin Corner. Swearing can also be referred to as "cussing" or "saying bad-words". We do have young members here at CPC.
Exceptions: The word "crap"is not considered a swear. The use of the acronyms "WTF" and "WTH" are not blocked but try to refrain from using them.
Punishment: Usually infraction - depends on word and usage.

Discussion or reference to sex, drugs, alcohol, or any related activity
Again, we do have young members on CPC. So please, no discussion or reference to sex, drugs, alcohol, or any related activity.
Exceptions: None
Punishment: Usually infraction but users can be sentenced to a 1-3 day ban.

Minor Offences
Parroting
Parroting means say the exact same thing (or something extremely similar) as the user above.
Exceptions: If your post was a coincidence, you will just be given a verbal warning. The second time it happens you will be given the regular punishment.
Punishment: Warning

Bumping
Users who post in topics that haven't recieved posts for 35 days will not be tolerated. This can also be referred to "grave-digging".
Exceptions: None
Punishment: Warning

No asking to be a staff member
This will lower your chances and the answer will most likely always to be "no".
Exceptions: When it's time for a staff renovation or time to hire more moderators you can make a poll in your application and ask.
Punishment: Warnings followed by infraction(s)

Backseat moderating
When you are telling other users things moderators should. We understand that you are trying to help out but moderators have to their jobs or else their fired.
Exceptions: None
Punishment: Warnings followed by infraction(s)
No “flooding” the chat box.
No “post hunting” or posting many posts just for a higher rank.
No backseat moderating.
No advertising via PMs, threads, or chat box. The only place you may advertise is your signature.
No posting something that is offtopic.
Try not to start a new thread in the wrong forum.
